Firexo Warranty Statement (Manufacturers Instructions)
FIREXO LIMITED WARRANTY
Firexo warrants its fire extinguishers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 5 years. This fixed term will not be extended by re-filling/re-pressuring or any other event whatsoever. During the 5-year warranty period, any defects will be corrected by Firexo (or at its expense) through the provision of a repair or replacement, at Firexo’s sole discretion. Firexo’s obligation to repair or replace is strictly conditional upon factory replacement parts (approved and supplied by Firexo) having been used exclusively to service the extinguisher prior to any defect arising. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from any modification and/or alteration and/or misuse and/or exposure to corrosive environments and/or improper installation and/or incorrect maintenance of/to the fire extinguisher. All implied warranties (created by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and/or similar legislation in the United Kingdom and/or other international jurisdictions) are limited to the extent permitted by this express warranty. Firexo will in no circumstances be liable for any loss of revenue or profit caused by a defect in a product as its obligation under the terms of this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement.

FIREXO LIMITED WARRANTY
Firexo warrants its Firexo MINI (150ml) aerosol fire extinguisher to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 1 year. This fixed term will not be extended in any event whatsoever. During the 1-year warranty period, any defects will be corrected by Firexo (or at its expense) through the provision of a repair or replacement, at Firexo’s sole discretion. Firexo’s obligation to repair or replace is strictly conditional upon the consumer taking reasonable care, including transport, storage and use in accordance with the relevant warnings and precautionary statements on the MINI label prior to any defect arising. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from any modification and/or alteration and/or misuse and/or exposure to severe environments and/or improper transport and/or incorrect storage of the Firexo MINI (150ML) aerosol fire extinguisher. All implied warranties (created by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and/or similar legislation in the United Kingdom and/or other international jurisdictions) are limited to the extent permitted by this express warranty. Firexo will in no circumstances be liable for any loss of revenue or profit caused by a defect in a product as its obligation under the terms of this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement.

This fixed term will not be extended in any event whatsoever. During the 1-year warranty period, any defects will be corrected by Firexo (or at its expense) through the provision of a repair or replacement, at Firexo’s sole discretion. Firexo’s obligation to repair or replace is strictly conditional upon the consumer taking reasonable care, including transport, storage and use in accordance with the relevant warnings and precautionary statements on the sachet label prior to any defect arising. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from any modification and/or alteration and/or misuse and/or exposure to severe environments and/or improper transport and/or incorrect storage (including piercing of the sachet packaging from sharp objects/utensils) of the Firexo Fire Extinguishing Sachet. All implied warranties (created by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and/or similar legislation in the United Kingdom and/or other international jurisdictions) are limited to the extent permitted by this express warranty. Firexo will in no circumstances be liable for any loss of revenue or profit caused by a defect in a product as its obligation under the terms of this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement.
