Transport Facilities Warehouse

Nortec Fire supplied Firexo to support the modernisation of fire safety equipment across the new transport facilities warehouse.

Due to the large size of the premises and the increased fire risk, Firexo all-in-one fire extinguishers proved to be the ideal solution for tackling all classes of fire. Replacing conventional extinguishers with Firexo products also helped reduce both equipment and maintenance costs, while decreasing the overall number of extinguishers required across the site.

Another key advantage was the quick and simple staff training. Personnel can now be confident that they are using the correct extinguisher in any fire emergency situation, reducing risk and improving protection for both the site and its employees.

The supply and installation of Firexo products have continued; the Facilities Warehouse is now also considering Firexo solutions for future requirements at other specific sites.
