Firefighting revolutionised with ground-breaking new liquid

Avoidable deaths caused by fire, and extensive damage to businesses and homes, could now be reduced with the launch of Firexo.

Firexo’s ground-breaking liquid can extinguish any type of fire, anywhere, removing the confusion currently caused by the lack of knowledge around which fire extinguisher should be used to put out which type of fire – getting it wrong can have catastrophic, and potentially deadly, consequences.

It can also drastically reduce the time it takes to put out any fire. For example, a car fire can take up to an hour and 1,800 litres of water for a fire crew to extinguish, compared to Firexo which in one test put out a car in 53 seconds – quickly cooling the metal to a temperature where it can be safely handled.

David Breith, CEO and founder of Firexo, said: “The current time frames to put out a fire, whatever type it may be, are too long. The people who have lost assets, valuables, property, investments and above all else, loved ones, would attest to this. The life-saving potential that Firexo yields is clear.

“It can be used in every single place where current fire extinguishers are found, by professional firefighters as well as people in their households when absolutely necessary, from small fires to forest fires. The revolution in firefighting is here.”

The liquid will be available to the public in three forms. A fire extinguisher ranging from three litres to nine litres, a spray can designed for tackling small fires in the home and a sachet for putting out pan fires.
